Shipping policy

Once the package has been accepted into their system and they have picked up the item, Bad Uncle Designs has officially fulfilled the order. It cannot be cancelled. Any refusal of package is not a cancellation and we will not refund you the purchase price. If the package arrives damaged, you will have to complete a claim with the carrier. After such a time that the carrier has approved and paid the claim, we can create a new shipment of a new item for you.
